Mission StatementTo promote the general, social and recreational welfare of Association members; to protect real estate values specificallyin Brokkside Villa / West Woods and generally in the vilage of Wescosville; to represent members in common problems of housing, transportation, sanitation, safety, water service, taxation, street conditions, building restrictions, zoning, traffic, schools and generally to advance the welfare of Brookside Villa / West Woods.
